Thermalright has begun selling their latest CPU cooler ‘Silver Arrow SB-E’ in Europe. Coming in a dual tower design, this high-end CPU cooler has eight 6mm nickel-plated copper heatpipes, a tweaked heatsink and two TY PWM fans (1x 140mm x 1x 150mm).
